Changes in the management structure of Sennheiser electronic

Following a long period of successful collaboration, Stefan Junker, President of Controlling and Finance, has made a decision to leave the company. Stefan Junker explains that in light of the recent organisational changes, he is leaving to pursue new professional challenges. The Supervisory Board and Owners would like to state that they fully respect Mr. Junker’s decision, although it is with regret that they see him go. He is leaving the company on the best of terms and understanding.  
Stefan Junker has been instrumental in shaping the financial division of the company through his personality and his activities, and has made a valuable contribution to the sustainable, successful development of the business. The Owners and the Supervisory Board would like to thank Stefan Junker for his services to the company.  

Following years of successful collaboration, Susanne Seidel, President Global Marketing, has decided to leave the company. Over the past few years, Ms. Seidel focussed on the international and project-oriented direction of marketing, product marketing, global brand development and knowledge management within the Sennheiser Group as well as the continued development of a first-class, global service network.  
Susanne Seidel explained that in light of the organisational changes, she will be seeking new professional challenges. The Supervisory Board and Owners would like to state that they fully respect Ms. Seidel’s decision, although it is with regret that they see her go. She is leaving the company on the best of terms and understanding. The Owners and the Supervisory Board would like to thank Susanne Seidel for her outstanding work and her services to the company.
